OstermanCron was founded by Joel Osterman and Keith Cron with a shared vision: to create inspiring environments through thoughtful design, trusted partnerships, and exceptional service. Together, they built a company rooted in integrity, collaboration, and expertise
Under the leadership of President Maggie Cron, OstermanCron has continued to evolve—growing our services, expanding our capabilities, and strengthening the way we support our clients. Today, we are proud to stand as a women-owned business, delivering more than furniture by offering architectural solutions, décor, acoustic enhancements, technology integration, and full-service project management. Guided by our mission of creating environments people love, we remain committed to designing spaces that reflect who you are and where you’re headed.

Moved our showroom to the current location in Blue Ash to accommodate our growing team.

The Joel H. Osterman Fund was established after the passing of Joel Osterman.

OstermanCron’s offices expanded to Louisville, KY.

The Joel H. Osterman Fund was created to honor our late co-founder, Joel Osterman, whose commitment to service shaped the heart of OstermanCron. Joel brought the same passion he held for transforming workplaces to making an impact on his community. Whether it was championing fundraisers, walks, or charitable events, his influence made all of us better people. Today, we carry his legacy forward by supporting healthcare, social service, and faith-based organizations that uplift those in need.
