With more than 26 years of experience building and growing successful businesses in the Louisville market, he is known for his strong work ethic, adaptability, and belief that challenges are opportunities for growth. Jim’s leadership is grounded in collaboration, resilience, and a genuine curiosity about how businesses—and people—thrive.

Outside of work, Jim’s lifelong passion for sports reflects the same determination and perseverance he brings to his role. His ability to pivot, adapt, and stay focused on what’s possible continues to shape both his leadership style and the success of the teams he leads.

Ashley’s leadership style is grounded in collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning—guiding teams through change with clarity and purpose.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys time with her husband and two daughters at their country home just north of Cincinnati. Whether exploring the outdoors, coaching both of her daughters’ volleyball teams, supporting their activities, or cheering on Ohio State and her favorite teams, she brings the same energy, enthusiasm, and team spirit to life beyond the office.

Outside of work, Brandon’s passion for sports is unmistakable—from following Cincinnati teams to managing multiple fantasy football leagues. When he’s not tracking numbers or games, he enjoys spending time with his family, often with a beach vacation on the horizon. Ever curious, Brandon even keeps a unique item on his bucket list: seeing a tornado in person—though we’re glad his talents keep him firmly grounded at OstermanCron.

Outside of the studio, Anastasia’s passion for exploration continues. From studying abroad in Florence, Italy, to embracing family traditions centered around themed holiday meals, she enjoys discovering new perspectives—an outlook that consistently informs her design work.

Briana tries not to take life or herself too seriously, allowing her to be authentic in all she does, and she loves marketing because it enables her to try many different things without limiting her imagination. And though her Doc Marten platforms and colored hair are hard to miss, her martial arts background allows her to stealthily work her marketing magic for our bids, projects, branding, social media, and more! Outside the office, she enjoys traveling and hopes to learn at least seven languages. Right now, she is fluent in English, so be sure to say “hello” in the language of your choice the next time you visit our office!

Outside of work, Brianna enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Bengals and Xavier basketball, and relaxing with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Georgia. Her curiosity and enthusiasm extend beyond the office, fueled by a love for travel and new experiences—an energy she brings to every project she manages.

Outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, exploring museums, hiking, and catching movies together. A fan of University of Kentucky athletics and an avid fitness enthusiast, he balances his professional focus with a wide range of interests—including music, gaming, and cheering on anyone playing the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Known for her ability to manage multiple priorities, Colleen consistently delivers projects on time, within scope, and to a high-quality standard.

Outside of work, Colleen enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures. She appreciates all four seasons, with a particular fondness for winter and the calm and sense of adventure it brings.

She enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her family and dogs, prioritizes time with her grandsons, and makes it a point to visit the ocean at least twice a year to recharge—bringing that same grounded energy back to the projects and people she supports.

Outside of work, Pamela embraces her artistic side. She is a self-described vintage jewelry enthusiast, enjoys taking jewelry classes, attending art openings, and traveling whenever possible. She previously lived and taught English in Spain, an experience that shaped her love for culture and adventure. Here in Cincinnati, she can often be found spending time with family and friends or relaxing with her tuxedo cat, Luna, while rolling with whatever comes next!

Creativity fuels everything Rachel does—both professionally and personally. Beyond commercial design, she has a passion for music and hands-on artistry, including creating handmade jewelry and home décor. This creative spirit consistently informs her work, resulting in spaces that feel inspired, intentional, and distinctly human.

Rebecca’s experience over the years—in the field and out of it—means she knows how to find her way in any situation. When she doesn’t, she references her favorite quote from Jurassic Park, “Life finds a way.” If she’s not enjoying a good book at the lake, you can find her spending time with her five kids playing games and mastering puzzles. With so many kids, you can imagine Rebecca is dependable, versatile, and has some tricks up her sleeves, like almost being ambidextrous, which comes in handy (get it?) when you’re juggling multiple schedules and personalities at once. We’re sure that her fabulous juggling skills will aid her in handling the many projects that come through our office.

Outside of work, Suzanne’s passions range from cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals to enjoying time outdoors—whether camping or relaxing on a beach in Maui. Her lifelong love of design began early and continues to inspire her work today, shaping environments with the same enthusiasm and dedication she’s brought to the profession throughout her career.

A former Division I soccer player at Indiana University, she pairs discipline and teamwork with a passion for art and design—supporting the creation of thoughtful, well-executed environments. Her attention to detail and collaborative mindset make her a valuable part of the design team.

Outside of work, Zoe enjoys cooking and baking, spending time with her cats, Jasper and Corbin, and participating in family traditions like the annual “Oktigerfest.” She also has a passion for travel and looks forward to exploring new places, with Lake Como high on her list.
