Maggie Cron brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership to every project she oversees. Known for her drive both professionally and personally, Maggie’s competitive spirit and commitment to excellence carry through in the way she leads teams and delivers results.

A proud graduate of The Ohio State University, Maggie is a lifelong Buckeye whose dedication extends well beyond the workplace. Her energy, determination, and hands-on leadership style set the tone for OstermanCron’s continued growth and success.

As President of OstermanCron’s Louisville location, Jim brings decades of leadership experience, entrepreneurial insight, and a people-first mindset to the organization. With more than 26 years of experience building and growing successful businesses in the Louisville market, he is known for his strong work ethic, adaptability, and belief that challenges are opportunities for growth. Jim’s leadership is grounded in collaboration, resilience, and a genuine curiosity about how businesses—and people—thrive.

Outside of work, Jim’s lifelong passion for sports reflects the same determination and perseverance he brings to his role. His ability to pivot, adapt, and stay focused on what’s possible continues to shape both his leadership style and the success of the teams he leads.

As Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer, Ashley Blevins leads growth strategy and brand direction across OstermanCron’s locations. With more than 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and client relationships, she focuses on building value-driven strategies that support clients, partners, and long-term business success. Ashley’s leadership style is grounded in collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning—guiding teams through change with clarity and purpose.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys time with her husband and two daughters at their country home just north of Cincinnati. Whether exploring the outdoors, coaching both of her daughters’ volleyball teams, supporting their activities, or cheering on Ohio State and her favorite teams, she brings the same energy, enthusiasm, and team spirit to life beyond the office.

As Controller for both OstermanCron locations, Brandon oversees the financial operations that keep the organization running smoothly and strategically. Known for his precision, reliability, and steady approach, he ensures strong financial stewardship while supporting the long-term health and growth of the business. His attention to detail and analytical mindset make him a trusted resource across the organization.

Outside of work, Brandon’s passion for sports is unmistakable—from following Cincinnati teams to managing multiple fantasy football leagues. When he’s not tracking numbers or games, he enjoys spending time with his family, often with a beach vacation on the horizon. Ever curious, Brandon even keeps a unique item on his bucket list: seeing a tornado in person—though we’re glad his talents keep him firmly grounded at OstermanCron.

As Director of Operations for OstermanCron’s Cincinnati and Louisville locations, David plays a critical role in ensuring projects are executed smoothly, efficiently, and with exceptional care. Known for his steady leadership and attention to detail, he brings focus, consistency, and a solutions-driven mindset to every aspect of operations—supporting teams, partners, and clients alike.

Outside of work, David enjoys starting his day with a perfectly hand-poured cup of coffee and spending time with his family. Whether introducing his kids to classic movies or heading outdoors for hiking and camping adventures, he brings the same positive energy and enthusiasm to life beyond the office.

Anastasia brings creativity, curiosity, and a thoughtful design approach to every project she touches. Drawn to interior design from an early age, she believes the most successful spaces are shaped through flexibility, exploration, and an openness to new ideas. Her work reflects a balance of intention and creativity, resulting in environments that feel both purposeful and inspired.

Outside of the studio, Anastasia’s passion for exploration continues. From studying abroad in Florence, Italy, to embracing family traditions centered around themed holiday meals, she enjoys discovering new perspectives—an outlook that consistently informs her design work.

With more than 25 years at OstermanCron, Becky is a trusted expert in healthcare environments and a long-standing partner to clients across the healthcare sector. She brings deep industry knowledge, a strong understanding of clinical and operational needs, and an unwavering commitment to putting her clients first. Becky’s ability to navigate complex healthcare projects with care, precision, and empathy has earned her lasting relationships and the confidence of the organizations she serves.

Known internally for her wit and celebratory spirit, Becky brings humor and positivity to everything she does. Whether celebrating team successes or supporting clients through complex projects, she approaches her work with passion, loyalty, and care—qualities that have defined her career and continue to inspire those around her.

As WeBOC and Operations Manager, Betsy plays a key role in supporting both the people and processes that keep OstermanCron running smoothly. She brings a rare balance of analytical thinking and creative insight—continuously improving efficiencies while fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture. Her ability to see both the big picture and the finer details makes her an invaluable resource across the organization.

Outside of work, Betsy’s creativity comes to life through art and photography. Whether she’s painting murals, exploring with her camera, or enjoying time by the water, she brings the same curiosity, thoughtfulness, and care to her personal passions as she does to supporting the OstermanCron team.

Briana tries not to take life or herself too seriously, allowing her to be authentic in all she does, and she loves marketing because it enables her to try many different things without limiting her imagination. And though her Doc Marten platforms and colored hair are hard to miss, her martial arts background allows her to stealthily work her marketing magic for our bids, projects, branding, social media, and more! Outside the office, she enjoys traveling and hopes to learn at least seven languages. Right now, she is fluent in English, so be sure to say “hello” in the language of your choice the next time you visit our office!

As a Project Manager, Brianna brings focus, organization, and a strong sense of accountability to every project she oversees. A former collegiate lacrosse player, she approaches her work with discipline, teamwork, and a commitment to giving her best each day—qualities that translate seamlessly into managing details, timelines, and coordination with care.

Outside of work, Brianna enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Bengals and Xavier basketball, and relaxing with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Georgia. Her curiosity and enthusiasm extend beyond the office, fueled by a love for travel and new experiences—an energy she brings to every project she manages.

Bryan brings more than a decade of sales experience and a strong background in relationship-building to his role as Account Manager at OstermanCron. With experience spanning both commercial and medical environments, he is known for his inquisitive approach—taking time to understand each client’s needs and advocating for solutions that deliver long-term value. His attention to detail and commitment to client success have been consistent drivers throughout his career.

Outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, exploring museums, hiking, and catching movies together. A fan of University of Kentucky athletics and an avid fitness enthusiast, he balances his professional focus with a wide range of interests—including music, gaming, and cheering on anyone playing the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Colleen brings more than five years of experience in the textile and commercial furniture industry to her role as Project Manager. With a background spanning project management, customer service, manufacturing, production planning, and procurement, she approaches each project with strong organization and a clear understanding of the entire project lifecycle. Known for her ability to manage multiple priorities, Colleen consistently delivers projects on time, within scope, and to a high-quality standard.

Outside of work, Colleen enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures. She appreciates all four seasons, with a particular fondness for winter and the calm and sense of adventure it brings.

Known for her ability to juggle details, timelines, and logistics with ease, she ensures projects move forward smoothly while maintaining clear communication and a positive client experience. Outside of work, Diana’s warmth extends to her love of animals—especially her dogs, Chico and Gypsy, who keep her busy beyond the office. Whether managing complex projects or brightening someone’s day, she approaches everything she does with care, dedication, and an unmistakably positive spirit.

Erin brings a sharp eye for detail, creativity, and enthusiasm to her role as an interior designer. As an Account Manager, Gabriella brings energy, curiosity, and a people-first mindset to every client relationship. Her global experiences—from living abroad to studying in Europe—have shaped her perspective and ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. She thrives on building relationships and collaborating with both clients and her Louisville-based team to deliver thoughtful, responsive solutions.

Outside of work, Gabriella’s passion for wellness and exploration shines through. Whether staying active through fitness or dreaming up her next travel destination, she brings the same drive and enthusiasm to her personal pursuits as she does to her work—always looking ahead to what’s next.

Jillian brings a global perspective, creativity, and a strong problem-solving mindset to her work as an interior designer. As a Project Manager, Katie brings a personable, collaborative approach to every project she supports. Outside of work, Katie enjoys unwinding with pop culture podcasts and discovering her next favorite TV series. She loves to travel, with Australia high on her list, and is never shy about sharing stories about her puppy, Teddy—who holds a special place in her heart.

Known for her organization, attention to detail, and calm presence, she guides complex projects with confidence—ensuring timelines, coordination, and communication stay on track. Kim’s experience and consistency make her a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, Kim finds balance and renewal in nature. She enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her family and dogs, prioritizes time with her grandsons, and makes it a point to visit the ocean at least twice a year to recharge—bringing that same grounded energy back to the projects and people she supports.

As an Account Manager, Mason brings energy, focus, and a solutions-driven mindset to every client relationship. Guided by his personal philosophy—“Always keep moving, no matter the obstacles in your path”—he approaches each project with adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to forward progress. His ability to stay engaged, responsive, and organized makes him a strong partner in fast-paced environments.

Outside of work, Mason enjoys staying active through camping, hiking, mountain biking, and sports of all kinds. A longtime fan of classic cars, he brings the same curiosity and hands-on enthusiasm to his interests as he does to his work—whether that’s refining a project or planning his next adventure.

Pamela Winslow brings creativity, curiosity, and a people-first mindset to her role as Account Manager at OstermanCron. With experience rooted in relationship-building and strategic collaboration, she thrives at the intersection of business and creativity, working closely with clients and colleagues to develop well-thought-out and impactful solutions. Known for her collaborative spirit and keen eye for detail, Pamela values listening first and approaching every opportunity with intention and flexibility.

Outside of work, Pamela embraces her artistic side. She is a self-described vintage jewelry enthusiast, enjoys taking jewelry classes, attending art openings, and traveling whenever possible. She previously lived and taught English in Spain, an experience that shaped her love for culture and adventure. Here in Cincinnati, she can often be found spending time with family and friends or relaxing with her tuxedo cat, Luna, while rolling with whatever comes next!

As Creative Director, Rachel brings vision, style, and deep design expertise to every project she touches. Clients value her insight into design trends, materials, and aesthetics, as well as her ability to translate creative ideas into environments that feel both current and enduring. Her work reflects a thoughtful balance of innovation, functionality, and brand expression.

Creativity fuels everything Rachel does—both professionally and personally. Beyond commercial design, she has a passion for music and hands-on artistry, including creating handmade jewelry and home décor. This creative spirit consistently informs her work, resulting in spaces that feel inspired, intentional, and distinctly human.

Rebecca’s experience over the years—in the field and out of it—means she knows how to find her way in any situation. When she doesn’t, she references her favorite quote from Jurassic Park, “Life finds a way.” If she’s not enjoying a good book at the lake, you can find her spending time with her five kids playing games and mastering puzzles. With so many kids, you can imagine Rebecca is dependable, versatile, and has some tricks up her sleeves, like almost being ambidextrous, which comes in handy (get it?) when you’re juggling multiple schedules and personalities at once. We’re sure that her fabulous juggling skills will aid her in handling the many projects that come through our office.

As Design Manager, she guides teams and projects with clarity and care, drawing on decades of experience to ensure each environment is both beautiful and highly functional. Her knowledge, creativity, and attention to detail have made her a trusted mentor and one of the firm’s most respected design leaders.

Outside of work, Suzanne’s passions range from cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals to enjoying time outdoors—whether camping or relaxing on a beach in Maui. Her lifelong love of design began early and continues to inspire her work today, shaping environments with the same enthusiasm and dedication she’s brought to the profession throughout her career.

Zoe brings creativity, curiosity, and a strong work ethic to her role as Design Assistant at OstermanCron. A former Division I soccer player at Indiana University, she pairs discipline and teamwork with a passion for art and design—supporting the creation of thoughtful, well-executed environments. Her attention to detail and collaborative mindset make her a valuable part of the design team.

Outside of work, Zoe enjoys cooking and baking, spending time with her cats, Jasper and Corbin, and participating in family traditions like the annual “Oktigerfest.” She also has a passion for travel and looks forward to exploring new places, with Lake Como high on her list.
