How to Inspire Others in the Workplace Environment

The look and functionality of your workplace environment is important. But what is equally important are the people and the values they share with each other throughout the creative space. This sentiment often times holds a higher value for newer generations entering the workforce as much, or if not more, than having a place to work each day. It is important for newer generations to feel like they belong to something that is making an impact on the outside world and something that inspires them to do better in their own lives.

If you had the opportunity to attend this year’s Best of NeoCon event, you may have noticed dog tags being stamped throughout the day. This was brought to us by Kimball through the Live Life Nice cause. Live Life Nice is a cause-driven company that is dedicated to empowering, motivating, and inspiring people to be nice and to do nice things for others. In addition, OstermanCron often partners with The City Gospel Mission in Cincinnati by supporting clothing drives and volunteering for the many different events and activities they offer for their clients. City Gospel Mission’s values and mission hit close to home for the OstermanCron team:

In fact, the team at OstermanCron recently toured the City Gospel Mission campus, located down on the old Crosley Field. The facility is truly inspiring and aligns perfectly with their mission and what they value as important for the recovery of their clients.
