Project Details

HPI sought a furniture solution that would feel welcoming and contemporary while supporting a variety of work styles across the organization. The new office needed to accommodate focused individual work, collaborative meetings, and informal interaction, all within a cohesive and adaptable environment.

The furnishing strategy addressed a variety of spaces throughout the office, including:

• Private offices
• Conference rooms
• Café and bar area
• Reception desk
• Large meeting space

Throughout the office, Kimball International furnishings were selected to balance functionality with warmth and visual interest. Naviyd workstations and Alterna cabinets support day-to-day organization, while WaveWorks lateral files and flip nesting tables provide flexibility and ease of reconfiguration. The reception desk features Tessera, establishing a polished first impression, and collaborative and social areas are furnished with Connolly Lounge, Whimsy, Ditto chairs with cushions, and Grin bar seating. A Strassa table by ByDesign anchors meeting spaces, adding a tailored, architectural element to the overall environment.
