Focused on building communities, it was crucial that a new headquarters became a place that speaks both to the company’s story and its connection to the people and places within its sphere of influence, a place that leaves a mark.

The Motz Corporate Headquarters exemplifies the company’s dedication to improving communities and upholding shared values. It offers zones for innovation, creativity, and collaboration, where indoor and outdoor spaces facilitate connection.
Through a mix of finishes, textures, and forms, each space within the new headquarters has its own personality while maintaining a cohesive look throughout.
The different space types provide employees with options depending on what they need throughout the day, from focused individual work to meetings, team collaboration, and informal conversations. Individual work areas support day-to-day productivity, while conference and collaborative settings give teams places to come together. Lounge-style furnishings add a more casual option for conversation and interaction, creating a workplace that can shift naturally between focused work and collaboration.
The result is a workplace that feels authentic to the company, is functional enough for everyday work, but comfortable and approachable enough to encourage people to stay, gather, and connect.
